[ARCHIVED] Food For Fines

One food item will equal up to $1.00 in fines.  Two food items equal $2.00 and so on.  You may exchange a maximum of $10.00 during the week.  This program is for fines only and cannot be used for charges assessed for lost or damaged materials or other fees.  You cannot "bank" for future fines.

Some acceptable non-perishable food items include cereal, crackers, beans, soups, canned meat, canned juice, peanut butter, applesauce, canned fruits and canned vegetables.  Donated items must be within their "best by" or "use by" dates.

You don't have to have fines to participate!  We're happy to accept your donations for the Food Shelf.
