[ARCHIVED] Yoga for Beginners

Free beginning yoga classes will be offered at the library. Two 4-week sessions will begin on Sept. 19 and Oct. 24. Classes will be on Thursday evenings from 7:30-8:30 in the Library Meeting Room. Registration is required. Classes are for adults with no major health issues. Bring a mat if you have one, but it is not required. Kathy Martin, instructor.
