The City of Pella has adopted the following codes:
- 2015 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC)
- 2015 International Residential Code (IRC)
- 2014 National Electric Code (NEC)
- 2015 International Building Code (IBC)
Hard copies are available for viewing at the Planning and Zoning Office. These codes may also be purchased through the International Code Council (ICC).
