Summer Reading Program Information
The Pella Public Library offers a summer reading program for teens who have finished 5th grade to 12 grade.  Participants will fill out a reading slip or complete the online form for every book they read.  For every 200 pages names will be entered in a drawing for the grand prize.  The grand prize is $50 in Pella Bucks.  Weekly prizes will also be awarded.  For more information, please see Katie in the Children's Area.

  • L.E.M.M.I.N.G.S stands for Library Educational Monthly Meeting In a Neat Great Space. The name was created by the founding members of the group in the fall of 2007. The L.E.M.M.I.N.G.S are a group of 7th-12th graders who plan programs for students in the 6th grade and up. Anyone in 7th through 12th grade can join the group and anyone in 6th grade and up is welcome to attend the programs!
