  1. Food for Fines

    April 9, 10:00 AM - April 15, 9:00 PM

    In honor of National Library Week, the library will hold a “Food for Fines” drive April 9-15. The library will accept non-perishable food items in exchange for overdue fines. One food item will equal up to $1.00 in fines. Two food items equal $2.00, and so on. You may exchange a maximum of $10.00 during the week. Each food item donated to the library will be give to the Food Shelf.

  3. Introduction to Bridges

    April 10, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

    Learn about the world of downloadable public library e-books and audiobooks. This session will cover the basics of navigating the Bridges system, and downloading content to both Amazon Kindle and other types of tablets and readers.  Attendees are encouraged to bring their own devices.

  4. Culture Night - Mexico

    April 10, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

    Culture Night: Mexico featuring Carlos Cervantes. Learn about the culture of Mexico from a native, and sample authentic Mexican food. This program will be held in Room 206 at the Community Center. All ages welcome, but recommended for Kindergarten and older.
